Technical Installation Supervisor

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for precision and progress? We're looking for an experienced professional to take charge of our installation operations and drive excellence on every project.

What You'll Do

•     Lead and manage a skilled installation team to deliver high-quality results
•     Coordinate manpower planning with the project team to ensure smooth execution
•     Partner with the project manager to maintain progress, safety, and quality standards
•     Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges with confidence
•     Prepare and submit essential project documentation

What We're Looking For

•     Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A)
•     At least 5 years of experience in roller shutters, automatic doors, or the construction industry
•     Strong technical knowledge of installation standards and system requirements
•     Familiarity with ELV systems is a plus
•     A collaborative mindset and team-first attitude
