Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for precision and progress? We're looking for an experienced professional to take charge of our installation operations and drive excellence on every project.
What You'll Do
• Lead and manage a skilled installation team to deliver high-quality results• Coordinate manpower planning with the project team to ensure smooth execution• Partner with the project manager to maintain progress, safety, and quality standards• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges with confidence• Prepare and submit essential project documentation
What We're Looking For
• Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A)• At least 5 years of experience in roller shutters, automatic doors, or the construction industry• Strong technical knowledge of installation standards and system requirements• Familiarity with ELV systems is a plus• A collaborative mindset and team-first attitude
