A leading science & technology trading company in health food products is seeking a high-calibre professional to fill the following position, supporting the expansion into the Chinese market by managing e-commerce operations, logistics, and supplier sourcing in compliance with local health product regulations.
Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Strategy & Operations
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies across platforms
Oversee online store setup, product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention.
Product Launch & Market Entry
Coordinate product launch timelines and go-to-market strategies tailored to Chinese consumer behaviour.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to optimise product positioning.
Supplier Sourcing & Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for health products and packaging.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with vendors in China.
Logistics & Fulfillment
Design and manage logistics workflows, including warehousing, inventory control, and last-mile delivery.
Collaborate with 3PLs and cross-border logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure all health products meet Chinese regulatory standards, including CFDA/NMPA registration, labelling, and import documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce and logistics, preferably in health products
Proven track record of launching products in mainland China
Deep understanding of Chinese e-commerce platforms and consumer behaviour
Familiarity with Chinese health product regulations and import laws
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
Strong negotiation, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills
