Asst./ Shipping Manager (14 個月糧+福利齊/ Japan-based [prestige group)

A Top Leading company group of over 70 years in Japan is urgently looking for several high calibre candidates to join its expanding team.

Duties:

• Handle full set of I/E documents & L/C documents, customs declaration independently
• Liaise with customers, forwarders, factories, and warehouse for shipment arrangement
• Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements in routing and delivery
• Monitor shipment schedule to meet customers' requirements 
• Conduct regular reviews on shipping workflow and provide the solution for performance improvement

Requirements:

• Experience in handling a full set of shipping documents and banking documents
• Market in Japan/Asia company experience in the trading, forwarder experience is preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in leading a shipping team will be a plus
• Knowledge of SAP system as well as e-systems of Tradelink and HK Customs pref
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Good command of English and Chinese, knowledge of the Japanese Language is preferred
• Passionate about working in a Japan-based prestige group
• Immediately available is highly preferable
