Asst./ Shipping Manager (14 個月糧+福利齊/ Japan-based [prestige group)

A Top Leading company group of over 70 years in Japan is urgently looking for several high calibre candidates to join its expanding team.

Duties:

Handle full set of I/E documents & L/C documents, customs declaration independently
Liaise with customers, forwarders, factories, and warehouse for shipment arrangement
Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements in routing and delivery
Monitor shipment schedule to meet customers' requirements
Conduct regular reviews on shipping workflow and provide the solution for performance improvement

Requirements:

Experience in handling a full set of shipping documents and banking documents
Market in Japan/Asia company experience in the trading, forwarder experience is preferred
At least 5 years of experience in leading a shipping team will be a plus
Knowledge of SAP system as well as e-systems of Tradelink and HK Customs pref
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
Good command of English and Chinese, knowledge of the Japanese Language is preferred
Passionate about working in a Japan-based prestige group
Immediately available is highly preferable
