As a proactive Key Account Executive, you will drive thr market presence by managing high-volume industrial accounts and "hunting" for new growth within the packaging and electronics sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and secure new opportunities in packaging, electronics, and consumer sectors.
Technical Advisory: Recommend specialised plastic materials and specifications to meet client needs.
Account Management: Build deep, long-term relationships to secure repeat high-volume orders.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and global eco-packaging standards.
Team Coordination: Partner with HK production and logistics to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain. (Chemical Engineering or Materials Science background is preferred)
Experience: 3 years or above in B2B sales, ideally within manufacturing, industrial packaging, or plastics.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with toys, electronics, or F&B packaging is highly preferred.
Languages: Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Self-Starter: You have a "hunter" mindset and love identifying untapped market potential.
Relationship Builder: Possesses a "client-first" attitude and the patience to manage long-term account lifecycles.
