Customer Service Coordinator (商業視聽系統支援/ MNC/ 多元化學習空間)



Job Highlights

  • Report to the Department Head
  • Provide high-quality audiovisual technical support to clients
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinate on-site service and adhere to the Service Level Agreement
  • Manage hardware RMA process
  • Liaise with suppliers for resources and pricing
  • Prepare the budget for client approval


  • Diploma or above
  • 1-2 years of customer service/hotline services/coordination experience
  • Customer-oriented with a caring, result-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
  • Less experienced candidates with high potential are welcome.
