Assistant Customer Services Manager (Property Management)

Details

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day property operations as the site-in-charge.
  • Address resident/tenant inquiries and complaints.
  • Manage property handover and takeover processes.
  • Supervise maintenance, security, and cleaning teams.
  • Handle property emergencies and perform ad hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Possess MCIH or an equivalent qualification.
  • Hold a PMP (Tier 1 or Tier 2) License.
  • Over 5 years' experience in managing residential properties, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficient in Building Management Ordinance, DMC, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Strong written and spoken English and Chinese skills, including Putonghua.
  • Strong customer service mindset with leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • With less experience or lower qualifications may be considered
  • Immediate availability is preferable.
