This is a rare opportunity to join a brand synonymous with heritage, discretion, and long-term stewardship. As a key member of the management team, you will bridge local operations with global standards, reporting directly to the Managing Director (Hong Kong) and the Global HR Director in Switzerland.
Strategic Partnership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support local business needs while remaining in full alignment with the Maison's global values and culture.
Full Employee Life-Cycle: Manage all HR processes, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and development programs.
Employee Engagement: Develop and maintain privileged working relationships with employees; implement programs to increase motivation and productivity.
Advisory & Relations: Guide management on complex and sensitive issues, including investigations and grievances, with the highest level of discretion.
Compliance: Ensure all HR practices are in strict compliance with Hong Kong Labour Law, MPF, AMLO, and Personal Data Privacy ordinances.
Budgeting & L&D: Organise learning and development initiatives for succession planning and prepare the annual HR budget (Headcount, C&B, and L&D).
Global Coordination: Liaise regularly with the HR Director in Switzerland to maintain global continuity and standards.
Professional Experience: 7 to 10 years of solid HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management position.
Industry Background: Proven experience operating within a matrixed environment (Luxury Retail or high-end MNC background is highly preferred).
Education: University degree in Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Technical Expertise: Strong, current knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation and HR best practices.
Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills in English and Chinese (both written and verbal).
Attributes: Well-rounded, self-motivated, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
