HR & Administrative Officer (Event & Production Company / Upto 28K)


Job description:

  • Responsible for recruitment and providing support on talent acquisition including employee onboarding
  • Take care of the full-cycle interview and selection process, including screening calls, assessments, in-person interviews, and job offer
  • Identify hiring needs, and optimize current work processes and procedures 
  • Maintain human resource information system records and provide relevant analytics
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management
  • Handle payroll calculation, leave and attendance, MPF, etc
  • Assist in office administration
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required



  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related HR practices
  • Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity 
  • Pleasant, out-going, detail-minded, organised and a team player 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
