Japanese-speaking Logistic Coordinator TRAINEE (JLPT N2 or above/ 14個月糧+牙科/ Worklife balance)

Duties:

  • Responsible for preparing I/E documents and delivery arrangements 
  • Liaise closely with the customers for the shipment status
  • Coordinate with factories for the production schedule to ensure quality standards and on-time delivery
  • Monitor shipping schedules with factories, forwarders, and transportation company

Requirements:

  • Min. 1 year of experience in the trading or manufacturing sector
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.  Fluency in Japanese-speaking (JLPT Level N2 or above)
  • PC Knowledge: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; English, Chinese and Japanese word processing
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • Fresh graduates of high-caliber will also be considered for the TRAINEE position.  More experience will be considered for a senior grading
