Sales Coordinator / Clerk (Plastic/Kitchen/Household MFG)

A top leading plastic manufacturer is now looking for high calibre to join the team to be a Sales Clerk / Coordinator with below job duties and requirements:
 
Duties:
  • Preparation of various order documents
  • Daily communications with customers for ongoing orders
  • Experience in merchandising role for the international trading company will be a plus, with strength in all areas from operations, documents, logistics, and payments
  • Customer account development and relationship management including trade show participation, cost estimation, quotation, price & terms negotiation, and order follow up to shipment
  • Provide administrative & clerical support to Manager / General Manager
  • Handle ad hoc projects
  • Responsible for customers' inquiries and daily clerical support
  • Responsible to order stationery for the team
 
Requirements:
  • 3 years or above working experience
  • With 1-2 years of experience in trading firm/manufacturer
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese typing
  • Hands-on experience in English and Chinese (both Mandarin &
  • Chinese)
  • A stable working record will be a plus
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable
