International Sales Manager – OEM/ODM Manufacturing

Responsibilities:
•     Identify and engage potential clients in overseas markets through research, networking, and lead generation.
•     Promote the company's OEM/ODM manufacturing solutions, including product development, mould making, prototyping, mass production, and quality assurance.
•     Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual business targets.
•     Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding needs and delivering tailored proposals.
•     Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events (domestic and international) to showcase capabilities and expand networks.

Requirements:
•     Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field  
•     Over 8 years of proven experience in international sales, ideally within manufacturing, OEM/ODM, or B2B services.
•     Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and cultivating long-term client partnerships, particularly in electronics, medical, communication, or consumer goods sectors.
•     Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chains, and global industry standards.
•     Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English required, proficiency in Mandarin, Spanish, or German is a plus.
•     Willingness to travel internationally.
•     Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about driving business growth.
