Responsibilities:• Identify and engage potential clients in overseas markets through research, networking, and lead generation.• Promote the company's OEM/ODM manufacturing solutions, including product development, mould making, prototyping, mass production, and quality assurance.• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual business targets.• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding needs and delivering tailored proposals.• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events (domestic and international) to showcase capabilities and expand networks.
Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field • Over 8 years of proven experience in international sales, ideally within manufacturing, OEM/ODM, or B2B services.• Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and cultivating long-term client partnerships, particularly in electronics, medical, communication, or consumer goods sectors.• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chains, and global industry standards.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English required, proficiency in Mandarin, Spanish, or German is a plus.• Willingness to travel internationally.• Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about driving business growth.
