Duties:
• Work closely with the Sales team to manage sales and administration tasks,
including order processing and logistics arrangements• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations• Contribute to ad‑hoc assignments and projects, supporting business growth
Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or above, with at least 2 years of relevant experience• Strong command of spoken and written English & Chinese• Strong communication skills, well‑organised, and detail‑minded• Self‑motivated with a strong sense of responsibility• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)• Immediate availability is highly preferred
