Duties;

• Identify and target new customers in the building materials sector.
• Promote and sell products; achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide product knowledge and technical guidance.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, close deals, and coordinate delivery/support.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Skilled in presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Team‑oriented; bilingual in English, Cantonese, Mandarin (Japanese an advantage).
• Candidates with sales experience and enthusiasm for the building materials sector are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of construction processes and product applications is preferred.
