Job Duties:

• Organise events, roadshows, and brand activations
• Manage and improve eShop operations and user experience
• Handle customer support and online order issues
• Update website content and product listings
• Assist with marketing campaigns and performance tracking

Requirements:

•     Diploma or above in Marketing, Business, or related field
•     1–3 years' experience preferred
•     Skilled in digital tools (e.g., CMS, e-commerce)
•     Good communication, good English
•     Creative, organised, and detail-oriented
