Sales Manager (Fashion)

Duties:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers and expand customer base
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with new buyers to secure business deals
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
• Utilize networking and industry knowledge to bring in new customer accounts

Requirements:

• Associate degree/ Higher Diploma or above qualification 
• Over 10 years of experience in the garment industry
• Graduates from Polytechnics in garment/textiles subjects is preferred
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in computer skills, eg. MS Office
