Responsibilities

• Report to the Department Head
• Assist in liaising with developers, architects, contractors, consultants
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
• Explore business opportunities and develop new potential customers
• Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data
• Conduct marketing research and collect information 

Requirements

• Presentable, cheerful, proactive, honest, and customer-oriented
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• More experience will be considered as Senior post
• Less experience with high calibre is also welcome as TRAINEE
