Duties:

• Report to the Mandarin-Speaking Manager
• Assist in company exhibition planning, marketing research, marketing posters and materials
• Provide product quotation
• Follow up on orders with vendors, customers and internal departments
• Manage existing customers relationship
• Liaise with overseas buyers and own factories in China
• Assist in ad hoc assignments 

 Requirements:  

• Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 / N1 or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua & Cantonese)
• Humble, patient, and flexible in accepting assignments
• Immediate availability will be a plus
