QA Specialist for EU Kids Cosmetics (Newly Created role)

Duties:

1. Perform product risk assessments and evaluations while ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
2. Work closely with suppliers, laboratories, and internal departments to support product safety and reliability.
3. Review and finalize critical documentation, including test reports for Toy Safety Directive compliance.
4. Assess supplier quality, pinpoint areas needing improvement, and implement necessary corrective measures.
5. Ensure ongoing compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular product evaluations.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications in Quality Management, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and safety compliance in the cosmetics or skincare industry is essential,
3. with a strong emphasis on children's makeup.
4. Knowledge of children's cosmetics is considered a significant advantage.
5. Familiarity with EU toy safety standards is mandatory.
6. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, along with a willingness to travel as needed.
