Project Manager

Details

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our portfolio of local high-end residential developments.  In this role, you will lead the full project lifecycle—from initial design and tendering through to administration, completion, handover, and defect rectification.  You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of luxury and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Drive end-to-end execution of high-end residential projects, including design review, tendering, contract administration, handover, and defect rectification.

  • On-Site & Quality Oversight: Coordinate and supervise all construction activities to strictly enforce project timelines, budget allocations, and quality standards.

  • Consultant & Design Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, and consultants; review architectural presentation materials and detailed technical design drawings.

  • Progress Reporting: Continuously monitor project milestones, evaluate contractor performance, and deliver comprehensive updates to executive management.

  • Asset Enhancement: Oversee ongoing property maintenance and targeted renovation works across the portfolio.

About You

  • Professional Qualifications: Member of HKIA (Hong Kong Institute of Architects) or an equivalent professional body.

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of solid industry experience, with a strong background in luxury residential developments or property developer environments highly preferred.

  • Regulatory Expertise: Thorough, up-to-date knowledge of local Hong Kong building regulations, planning frameworks, and land submission procedures.

  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership capacity, collaborative team mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
