Leasing Manager (High-End Residential Building)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional services to residents and guests.
• Manage daily leasing activities for residential properties.
• Conduct market research, analyze data, and prepare various reports.
• Collaborate with other departments on renovation and refurbishment projects.
• Oversee contractor performance to ensure quality service delivery.
• Direct and manage building staff.
• Handle any assigned ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Qualifications in Real Estate or equivalent
• Over 4 years of experience in property leasing, preferably with a property developer, including 2 years in high-end residential properties.
• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong property market and relevant regulations.
• Customer-focused with excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• A stable working record is a plus
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Competent in PC skills.
