CSR & ESG Specialist - Native Mandarin speaker

Our client is looking for a dedicated CSR & ESG Specialist to join their EU Buying Office. In this role, you will ensure our supply chain meets the highest standards of social compliance and sustainability, while driving initiatives that reduce environmental impact and promote responsible business practices.

What You'll Do

• Manage CSR and ESG data, from workplace safety and fair wages to energy use and carbon emissions.
• Review factory audit reports and prepare clear compliance and sustainability reports.
• Collaborate with suppliers to secure documentation, resolve issues, and uphold compliance standards.
• Support ESG projects, including carbon reduction, waste management, and social responsibility programs.
• Provide essential administrative support to the CSR/ESG team.

What they're Looking For

• Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Over 2 years' experience in social compliance or ethical trading initiatives
• Knowledge of CSR, ESG, and sustainability frameworks (EU Taxonomy, GRI, SASB, CSRD).
• Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-department and supplier collaboration.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and experienced in managing compliance data.
• ISO9000/SA8000 credentials are a plus.
