Responsibilities:
Work closely with buyers to understand their product needs and collaborate with internal design teams on new product development.
Identify factories and suppliers that meet our business requirements, ensuring the production of high-quality products that provide added value to customers.
Maintain and strengthen supplier relationships, monitoring their performance to ensure adherence to critical deadlines.
Facilitate communication between buyers and suppliers regarding technical issues and problem resolution.
Negotiate pricing and production schedules with suppliers.
Stay informed about market trends and innovations.
Knowledge of products in EE, toys, household items, and sundries.
Experience in the EU market is an advantage.
A minimum of 3 years of merchandising experience.
Proficient in written and spoken English, as well as Cantonese and Mandarin.
Ability to manage large orders effectively.
Mature, independent, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior position, while those with less experience but high potential are also encouraged to apply.
