Assistant Operations Manager / Operations Manager (Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm/ San Po Kong / Denim)

Job Duties : 

• Responsible for development & production of denim products
• Experienced in managing order processing from sample development, sourcing, and costing to production
• Vendor management to build up partnerships with China and Asian Mills/ Manufacturers
• Costing analysis and price negotiation for the right price with mills and factories
• WIP control of material flow to shipment
• Technical problem-solving. Ensure all developments are in compliance with testing requirements
• Good communication skills to deal with overseas buyers and vendors
• Manage projects assigned by the line manager
• Maintain the data integrity for all systems & filing

Job Requirements : 

• Degree in Clothing & Textile or related discipline
• Min 4 years of working experience in Denim products
• Adaptable to order system of sourcing office with good vendor management skills
• Possessing wet processing knowledge is a "MUST"
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, well-organized, independent, responsible
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with customers, vendors, and internal members
