Product Licensing Officer 產品許可跟單員 (動畫制作公司/ 需有產品許可流程經驗/ 流利日語有優勢)

Duties:

• Report to Sales Manager
• Serve as the initial point of contact to address customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to facilitate sample development and material submissions.
• Oversee the production process and ensure timely delivery.
• Discover new business opportunities and execute marketing strategies.
• Aid in event preparation and promotion
• Occasional business trips to China and Asia countries 

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of related experience in merchandising, sales & marketing or event management, preferably in handling licensing products
• Good command of written and spoken English, Japanese speaking is an advantage
• Proficiency in computer skills, e.g. MS Word, Excel 
• Prior knowledge of Japanese anime will be a plus
