International Sales Manager – Packaging Solutions

Our client is seeking a motivated International Sales Manager to connect with European retailers' sourcing offices and drive growth across the Asia–Europe supply chain.  This is a unique opportunity to leverage your network, build strong partnerships, and promote our packaging solutions to global clients.

Responsibilities:

•   Develop new business opportunities with European retailers' sourcing offices in Hong Kong and Europe.

•   Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and buying teams.

•   Promote tailored paper box and packaging solutions for European retailers sourcing from Asia.

•   Act as the key link between sourcing offices and our manufacturing operations in China/Vietnam.

•   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution, timely delivery, and sales growth.

Requirements:

•   Sales experience in packaging manufacturing, OEM, or related industries.

•   Proven track record with European retailers' sourcing offices; strong network is a plus.

•   Solid understanding of sourcing/manufacturing processes in Asia (China/Vietnam).

•  Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills across cultures.

•   Fluent in English; proficiency in German, French, or another European language is an advantage.
