As a Global Senior Logistics Officer, you will independently manage global end-to-end shipment flows:
Arrange international shipments and manage logistics operations targeting diverse regions (including Europe, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, APAC, and Africa).
Independently handle full sets of Import/Export documents, Certificate of Origin (C/O), and Letters of Credit (L/C) with high accuracy.
Manage complex shipping arrangements utilising different Incoterms such as DAP, DAT, and DDP.
Leverage and maintain strong networks/connections with ocean carriers, air forwarders, consolidators, and courier companies.
Process shipping logistics for a wide product range, including Dangerous Goods (e.g., Lighters), toys, garments, household, and sporting goods.
Assist in project-based logistics management and handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of solid experience in the shipping and forwarding field.
Hands-on experience with diverse product ranges (experience with Dangerous Goods/Lighters is highly valued).
Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Putonghua).
Stable career history, proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently under tight project deadlines.
Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
