Shipping Clerk (Houseware & Seasonal Products Trading/ 穩定工作環境/ $18K)

Job Highlights

• handle import/export documents, customs, and logistics for shipment processing
• Serve as key contact for forwarders, factories & clients to ensure deliveries
• Mon-Fri: 9:30 - 6 pm/ Flexible working environment, immediate available prefer

Duties:

• Handle import/export, banking, and tradelink documents;
• Coordinate shipping, customs, and logistic arrangements;
• Responsible for expediting orders, system updates, and monitoring shipments;
• Liaise with forwarders, factories, customers, and logistics providers.

Requirements :

• At least 2-3 years of related shipping experience in the trading/manufacturing sector
• Experience in the gift & premium/sundries/seasonal products will be a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Being able to speak English, Putonghua and Cantonese is a plus
• A stable working record will be a plus
• Immediate availability is highly preferable
