Logistic Officer (日資企業/ 懂日語有優勢/ 15日大假/ Upto $23K)

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of import/export shipping documents
• Check invoices, and prepare PR & L/C docs
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment, data input, and system records
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
• Input data, prepare sales invoices, insurance and manage insurance claims
• Handle freight quotes, carriers, and deliveries
• Support with additional tasks as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in L/C, Tradelink, and coordinating with forwarder/customer to arrange booking and delivery
• Handle full set of shipping documents in the garment field
• Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin, Japanese is preferred
• Proficiency with MS Excel (Vlookup & Pivot table), Word, PPT
• ERP/ SAP experience is preferred
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
