Senior Operations Officer/ Asst. Operations Manager (Forwarding & Logisitcs solution provider/ Work-life balance & harmony)

Looking for a highly motivated and organized candidate to support the Operations Department.  This role will work closely with all entities' teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operations, to ensure smooth and efficient shipment fulfilment including Hong Kong and China;
• Assist with running and summarizing operational reports and details;
• Maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
• Carry out managerial responsibilities;
• Participate in development within the GC region;
• Review and set up the SOP;
• Report to Senior management.

Qualifications:

• 5 years' experience in the freight forwarder/logistics industry; with at least 2 years of managerial role;
• Knowledge of cargo operations system, and related regulations;
• Strong people management, conflict resolution and customer satisfaction skills;Teritary qualification.
