Shipping Supervisor (日資物流公司/ 生活與工作平衡/ 膳食交通津貼+牙科+upto 15個月糧)

Highlights:

• Working time: Mon - Fri: 9:00 – 5:30

Job Duties:

• Handle full set of I/E documents & L/C documents, custom declaration independently
• Coordinate with customers, forwarders, factories and warehouse for shipment arrangement
• Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements in routing and delivery
• Monitor shipment schedules to meet customer's requirements 
• Review shipping workflow and provide solutions for performance improvement

Requirement:

• Qualifications in logistics/supply chain or related disciplines
• 5 years of hands-on experience in handling a full set of shipping documents, L/C, I/E and banking
• Previous experience in handling Japan/Asia markets in the trading field, Forwarder experience is a plus
• Solid knowledge of Multiable/SAP systems, as well as E-Systems of Tradelink and HK Customs, is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred
