Shipping Clerk (日資企業/ 14 個月糧+福利齊)

A Top Leading company group of over 70 years in Japan is urgently looking for several high-calibre candidates to join its expanding team.

Duties:

• Liaise with forwarders and factories for shipment schedule
• Handle daily shipment operation flow
• Control inbound and outbound schedule
• Assist in handling a full set of shipping documents 

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the Trading/ forwarding industry
• Fair English and Chinese 
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel  & Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing
• Willing to work under pressure
• Immediate availability and A stable working record will be a plus
