Our client is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Legal & Administrative Trainee to join their team in the commercial sector. This role offers excellent career prospects with on‑the‑job training, making it an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with less experience who are eager to build a promising career in the legal and business field.

 

Duties

  • Perform clerical duties within the commercial sector

  • Draft and prepare legal documents

  • Provide administrative and office support to the team

  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Legal Studies/ Administration/ related disciplines

  • Previous secretarial/ commercial training or certification is also welcome

  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience is preferred

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience may be offered a Trainee position

  • Excellent command of English, with proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese

  • Strong skills in MS Office applications and document processing

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
