Japanese Speaking Project Engineer TRAINEE (JLPT N3/ 日資公司/ 彈性上班時間+褔利齊)

Duties:

• Report to the Japanese-speaking Manager
• Coordinate projects for electronic connection products used in the automotive industry and oversee its manufacturing process
• Work with multi-national teams to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to mass production
• Identify and negotiate resources required to accomplish tasks
• Maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers for quality issues
• Work closely with suppliers for continuous improvement activities
• Occasional business travel overseas with colleagues

Requirements:

• A Degree Holder is preferred
• With a science background in Secondary School & knowledge with a "Sig Sigma Green Belt" certificate is preferred
• A major in Manufacturing Engineering or related Engineering subject is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially with Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good command of Mandarin, English and Japanese (JLPT Level 3 or above)  
• 1-2 years of working experience
• Less experienced/Fresh graduates of high calibre are also welcome
