Offer administrative assistance to the team, including compiling monthly reports, filing and documentation duties
Manage logistics by coordinating the shipping and receiving of repair watches globally
Oversee inventory by ensuring spare parts are replenished and distributed to the departments
Organize and maintain schedules for repair status updates
Address customer inquiries effectively
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher
Over 10 years of working experience
With over 3 years of experience in the after-sales service or sales support industry
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Vlookup, Pivot Table) and capable of English and Chinese word processing.
The remuneration package is commensurate with competency & experience.
