IT Support Specialist

Details

Our client is looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Support Specialist to enhance their technology operations.  If you are passionate about technology and enjoy solving challenges, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and upgrade office PC systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve internal network connectivity issues.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to address requests efficiently.
  • Leverage strong experience with ERP systems to streamline workflows.
  • Participate in various ad hoc projects as assigned, with a focus on Linux systems.

Requirements: 

  • Solid experience in PC installation and maintenance;
  • Familiarity with MS Windows, Linux, C++, and Java will be a plus.
  • Proficient in Outlook and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of Chinese and English.
  • Self-motivated, independent, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
