Due to ongoing expansion, one of our valued clients is looking for high-calibre candidates to fill the following position:

 

Nature:    Professional and Leading Multinational Company.  Provide one-stop solution in Audiovisual and Information Technology services.  Subsidiaries across the region including in Hong Kong, Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo

Duties:

  • Provide AV and UC system support for Meeting Rooms and on-site events, ensuring standards and integration are consistent.
  • Troubleshoot faulty systems and create site inspection reports to the Project Manager
  • Collaborate with the project team to implement client ITAV infrastructure, including site surveys and hardware installation based on schematic drawings.
  • Create test plans and carry out on-site testing and commissioning activities.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, such as system information, administration guide, and user manual.
  • Conducting seamless project handover to clients
  • Perform maintenance and on-site support during events/functions

 

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Audio Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of IT or AV engineering, technical support or on-site maintenance experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Past experience in AV Control System and DSP (Crestron, AMX, Biamp, QSC, etc.) programming and configuration
  • Industry certifications such as CTS, Crestron CTI, AMX, Extron, Biamp, QSC, etc. and experience in system integration will be an advantage
  • Able to produce schematic drawings based on system design and Bill of Materials
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer
  • Self-motivated and analytical mindset.  Able to work independently in a diverse environment with all levels
