IT Support Officer (Renowned Japanese Company/ 5 天工作/ 歡迎畢業生)

Duties:

• Install, configure, and maintain software/hardware components and network systems
• Provide first-line support to the teams
• Perform data backups and maintain recovery strategies
• Prepare system documentation and provide user training and support.
• Maintain IT asset inventory.
• Ensure IT operation process and environment comply with company policies.
• Support teams in deploying new IT projects
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years of working experience in Information Technology
• In-depth knowledge of PC hardware, software applications, endpoint protection products and mobile devices.
• Technical experience in managing VMWare, Windows servers and MS SQL is preferable 
• Knowledge of UiPath would be an added advantage.
• Good command of English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
• Less experience/ Recent graduates are encouraged to apply for the TRAINEE post
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
