Asst. Admin. & H.R. Executive – Listed Group Opportunity

Details

Duties:

 

1) Event & Reception Coordination
•     Organise and coordinate company events (annual dinner, staff activities)
•     Provide reception backup support when required

 

2) Human Resources Support
•     Collaborate with the HR team on attendance, leave, recruitment, training records, and employee relations
•     Assist with staff welfare initiatives and prepare departmental report

 

3) Executive & Project Assistance
•     Deliver direct administrative support to Top Management
•     Contribute to ad‑hoc projects and tasks as assigned
 

4) Office & Operations Support
•     Provide general administrative and clerical assistance to the Group
•     Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement

 

5) Company Assets & Logistics
•     Manage company vehicle matters such as maintenance scheduling, insurance renewal, and licensing compliance

 

Requirements:

•     Higher Diploma or above  
•     Over 3 years of relevant experience, preferably gained in an SME environment
•     Independent, with strong interpersonal skills; positive "can‑do" attitude and ability to multitask
•     Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
•     Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
