Duties:
1) Event & Reception Coordination• Organise and coordinate company events (annual dinner, staff activities)• Provide reception backup support when required
2) Human Resources Support• Collaborate with the HR team on attendance, leave, recruitment, training records, and employee relations• Assist with staff welfare initiatives and prepare departmental report
3) Executive & Project Assistance• Deliver direct administrative support to Top Management• Contribute to ad‑hoc projects and tasks as assigned
4) Office & Operations Support• Provide general administrative and clerical assistance to the Group• Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement
5) Company Assets & Logistics• Manage company vehicle matters such as maintenance scheduling, insurance renewal, and licensing compliance
Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or above • Over 3 years of relevant experience, preferably gained in an SME environment• Independent, with strong interpersonal skills; positive "can‑do" attitude and ability to multitask• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
