Character Requirements:

  • Good behaviour; humble and polite, patient listener and communicator.

Job Responsibilities:

  • General office tasks, including photocopying, document handling, and data entry.
  • Assist the director with documents and general affairs.
  • Liaise with an English-speaking colleague 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above
  • A good command of spoken English is essential
  • Fluent in Cantonese.
  • Experience in summer or part-time work.
  • Proficient in Chinese and English, MS Office; familiar with Chinese input methods.
  • Immediate availability is a plus
