6-month Contract Administrative Assistant (Mon - Fri: 9:15 - 6:00 pm/ Work-life balance)

Details

Duties:

  • Responsible for general office and operational support, including handling courier packages,
  • filing, arranging storage, reception duties, answering phone calls, managing office and staff expenses, etc.
  • Assist with the annual company audit and monthly reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the internal departments.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Over 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Mature, good communication and flexible attitude with passion
  • Good spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
