Administrative Clerk TRAINEE (中資公司/ 歡迎 IANG 簽證持有者應徵)

Details

Duties 職責: ­

  • Provide daily operational and office support in administrative, accounts and HR duties to the team 為團隊提供行政、會計和人力資源職責方面的日常營運和辦公室支援
  • Handle clerical duties, including data entry to the system, filing, etc 處理文書職責,包括系統資料輸入、歸檔等
  • ­Ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor 主管指派的臨時職責

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of working experience 至少1年工作經驗
  • Fresh graduates or less experience of high-calibre will also be considered 應屆畢業生或經驗較少的高素質人才也將被考慮
  • Ability to communicate in Cantonese.  Good command of English and Mandarin 能用廣東話溝通, 良好的英語和普通話能力
  • Proficient in computer skills, eg. MS Word, Excel 精通電腦技能,例如。微軟Word、Excel
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred 可即時上班有優勢
