Assistant Accountant (Trading & Manufacturing/ 中上環區/ Upto $28K)

A well-established trading company for over 30 years is urgently looking for several high-calibre candidates to fill the following positions.
 

Duties:

• Report to English-speaking Supervisor

• Handle a full set of Accounts independently;

• Generate financial and sales reports for management purposes

• Handle bank reconciliation documents;

• Assist the shipping colleague in handling import and export documents if necessary

• Outdoor job occasionally (e.g. Bank in cheques, obtain Bill of Lading (B/L) and shipping documents ...... etc.)

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with min. 8 years of solid Accounting experience in the trading/manufacturing field;

• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese (Major communication language in English with Superior)

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, MS Excel), English and Chinese word typing

• Being Familiar with Accounting software, eg. Peachtree will be a plus;

• A stable working record will be a plus

• Immediate availability is highly preferred

The remuneration package is commensurate with competency & experience.
