Highlights:

No overtime work is essential!    

Duties:

  •      Make invoices regularly for project work, maintenance, and cleaning.
  •      Send monthly statements and call clients to chase overdue payments.
  •      Pay suppliers by the 15th and sub‑contractors by the 28th each month.
  •      Handle office expenses, collect cheques, and deposit them in the bank.
  •      Keep all invoicing, payments, and banking tasks on a steady schedule.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a Bookkeeping/ Accounting/ Audit firm
  • Less experience/ Recent graduate with high calibre is also welcome
  • 謙遜學習 & 耐心聆聽
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable
