Accounts & Admin. Assistant (Trading/ Multiable ERP system/ No O.T.)

Details

Duties:

  • Handle full set of accounts using Multiable ERP
  • Input and verify accounting data for accuracy
  • Supervise subordinates and support audits
  • Manage payroll and MPF via system modules
  • Coordinate with the admin and HR functions in Multiable

Requirements:

•     LCCI Level 2 or Diploma in Accounting

•     At least 2-3 years' experience in trading / manufacturing companies
•     Able to handle a full set of accounts and admin work
•     Good Cantonese and Mandarin; fair English
•     Skilled in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting systems
•     Honest, responsible, and able to work independently
