Work Distribution

  • 60% Administrative Tasks: Focus on administrative work that boosts efficiency.
  • 40% Accounting Tasks: Handle various accounting responsibilities to maintain financial accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full set of simple accounts  
  • Help clients with cheque payments, payroll, and tax reports.
  • Process vouchers and keep accounting records updated.
  • Assist with audits and prepare useful financial reports.
  • Provide basic administrative and company secretarial support

Ideal Candidate

  • Quick Decision-Maker: Able to make fast, informed choices in a busy environment.
  • Good Organizer: Strong skills in managing time and prioritising tasks.
  • Strong Communicator: Good English communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Tech-Savvy: Skilled in using MS Office applications to improve work efficiency.
  • Reliable: A solid work history and readiness to start immediately are important.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in audit/ accounting.
  • Experience in an English-speaking environment is a plus.
  • Strong spoken English skills are essential for working with the Expat Director
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, familiar with Excel functions
  • Candidates who can start quickly will be preferred.
