Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting and administrative tasks, including maintaining financial records.
  • Maintain full set of books and prepare accounting schedule and bank reconciliation
  • Manage cheque payments to vendors and prepare monthly payroll and tax reports.
  • Input data into the accounting system and oversee financial accounts.
  • Assist with audits, organize information for tax returns, and provide administrative support.

  • Organized: Keeps tasks and schedules in order.
  • Adaptable: Flexible with shifting priorities.
  • Communicative: Strong verbal and written skills  

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years or above in Audit / accounting 
  • Fluent in oral English; experience in an English-speaking environment is a must.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • A stable working record will be a plus.

The remuneration package will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
