Accountant cum Shipping Officer (English-speaking w/ superior)

Job Highlights

• Experience in international trading will be a plus
• Eager to work in an English-speaking environment
• No overtime work is essential

Duties:

• Report to the English-speaking Director
• Handle full set of accounts including daily account entries inputs, AP/AR follow-up, etc
• Prepare weekly statistic reports, monthly/year-end financial reports and annual/tax return
• Assist to prepare shipping and banking documents as well as performing custom declaration
• Perform general administrative support and ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• At least 8 years of accounting experience in the trading company
• Good command of written and spoken English (Major daily communication language in English with Superior), Mandarin & Cantonese 
• Past experience in handling I/E shipping & banking documents is highly preferred
• Familiar with Peachtree accounting software will be a plus
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
