Duties:
Perform daily general accounting duties
Prepare invoice, cheque, and bank reconciliation
Prepare financial statements and management reports
Assist in month-end and year-end closing
Data entry, filing, and other administration work
Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
1-2 years of accounting / administrative experience
Proficiency in MS Excel (including Vlookup, pivot table, and formula) & Word
Fresh graduate with accounting studies and at least 1-2 years of admin./ clerical experience is also welcome
More experience will be considered as a Senior position
Immediate availability is highly preferred
